About our blog...

On the 14th December 2012 my family and I moved from our warm cosy traditional three bedroom semi-detached home. As always we left a home that was painted, carpeted, renovated. It had established gardens and a beautiful wisteria draped across its front. Any possible improvements had been made and quite honestly there was nothing left for us to do.  It had taken some years to get to this point but frankly our home was no longer adequate for our families needs.

On the 14th December 2012 my family and I moved into our 1970’s detached three bedroom unconventional home. It is hard to describe our home, and our friends and family have been truly shocked and amazed, not only the size of our home but also its lack of curb appeal. What at first glance looks like a one bedroom retirement bungalow turns out to be a 200 m2 tardis  of a home with original 1970’s features and incredible views across the Cheshire plains.

Welcome to our journey as we attempt to breath new life into our 1970’s home!
